OUR VISION

​The Mission of the Marstons Mills Historical Society is to foster an interest in the story of our Village. We preserve historical images, documents, and artifacts; research historic resources; and support educational opportunities for all ages for Villagers and other interested persons, in order to better understand and appreciate the past, present, and future of Marstons Mills.

OUR COMMUNITY

One of the seven villages of Barnstable, Marstons Mills was established prior to 1638 by Roger Goodspeed. Today's population is about 7,100 with approximately 3,000 homes. 

A SNAPSHOT OF OUR HISORY

​A brief history of Marstons Mills and the Historical Society recorded in 2015 featuring David Martin, President of the Historical Society, Jim Gould, our local historian, and Bob Frazee, past President.

Citation received  in recognition of 30 years of commitment and dedication to the village, improving our resident's' quality of life while preserving the history and character of this most beautiful and tranquil village in the Town of Barnstable  on Cape Cod
